Eligible Returns
You may request a return or refund within 24–48 hours of delivery if:
- The product is damaged,
- The product is expired,
- You received the wrong item, or
- The package is tampered.
Photo/video proof is required for verification.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used food products
- Items damaged due to customer handling
- Orders placed with incorrect address
Refund Process
- After verification, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect.
Cancellations
