Raktamokshana

Raktamokshana is a traditional Ayurvedic bloodletting therapy used to eliminate toxins and impurities from the bloodstream. This therapy is performed using methods such as leech application or controlled incision to draw out vitiated blood. It is highly effective in treating conditions caused by aggravated Pitta and Rakta (blood) imbalances, such as skin disorders, inflammation, and certain chronic diseases. Raktamokshana promotes purification and restores balance in the body. Detoxifies the blood, alleviating conditions like eczema, psoriasis, and acne. Reduces inflammation and swelling, providing relief from conditions like arthritis and gout. Balances Pitta dosha, helping manage heat-related ailments and chronic skin disorders. Improves circulation, enhancing overall vitality and promoting tissue healing.
